I'm an energetic, hardworking Realtor with Lyon Real Estate. I enjoy helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs!
I've lived in Sacramento nearly all my life, and I've been a resident of Rancho Cordova for 15 years. I love where I live because of the beauty of the American River bike trail and easy access to Hwy50. My office is located in a convenient central location in Citrus Heights on the corner of Madison Ave and Fair Oaks Blvd. In addition to Rancho Cordova, I also help buyers and sellers in Fair Oaks, Orangevale, Folsom, Carmichael, Citrus Heights, Antelope, Foothill Farms, and Rosemont (95827, 95826).
As for my education and past experience, I received a BA degree in Economics & Business, and have spent many years helping to market & grow our local family retail business.
In addition to regular home sales, I have experience helping homeowners who are unable to make their mortgage payments and take great care in advising those who have been affected by the recent economic crisis. I have experience helping my clients short sale their home after exploring other alternatives and helping them determine if that is the best possible solution. I hold an SFR designation (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource) which has helped prepare me to service clients who need advice on either buying or selling a home that is owned by a bank, in preforeclosure, or is a short sale.
